I am very happy with the services received from Royal LePage and especially many thanks to Renee for her excellent care and services provided while searching and securing a property. Renee demonstrated high professionalism and patience in a very “hot” real estate market that leaves buyers with little or no negotiation room, compounded with a world pandemic, province lockdown and other covid-related measures in place. She was able to navigate the system and achieve our desire results within the conditions at hand. Renee demonstrated her listening to details and requirements from my wife and I as to what were looking for and suited our needs. We had to change our strategy in more than one occasion and she was patient and worked with us to attain our goal. In more than one occasion, she pointed conditions of properties that would fit our needs as well as, other we later discarded after not realizing certain features were not according to our needs and Renee was able to remind us and point them out. Renee also provided immeasurable and well appreciated help at a personal level and my wife and I are very grateful for her efforts and commitment. We are utilizing some of the additional benefits provided by Royal LePage, namely the preferred prices on furniture and appliance through The Brick and I am currently working with sales representatives at The Brick and hope we can find suitable appliances and other miscellaneous furniture.
