Silvana began her sales and marketing career in the health care industry. She was responsible for the management of high profile multimillion dollar accounts in the pharmaceutical industry, overseeing symposiums from their inception through development and implementation.

Silvana is a member of the Brampton Real Estate Board, Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, Ontario Association of Triathletes, Georgetown Runners and a Certified KOS (Kids Of Steel) Triathlon Community Coach.
LINDSAY FASKEN - Sales Representative

Lindsay is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home. As a life long resident of Georgetown, Lindsay offers valuable insight into the various neighbourhoods and schools in the area. After working for the SilSells Team as a Client Care Coordinator, Lindsay attended the University of Guelph to complete her honors degree in Psychology.

Since then, she has returned to the SilSells Team as a licensed Sales Representative, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Now living in Oakville with her fourth and youngest child, Heather has had the opportunity to further familiarize herself with many fantastic facets of life in Oakville and has great personal and professional knowledge to offer her clients there as well. Heather is a dedicated and seasoned real estate professional with strong negotiating skills and the ability to offer extraordinary one-on-one service to her clients.
RENEE HERRERA – Sales Representative

Renee has 17 years of experience in Sales, Negotiation and Customer Service with a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) Designation. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Renee with her husband Brian and Daughters Natasha and Katia have been fortunate to have resided internationally throughout Mexico and across Canada. CHERRI MASSEY – Client Care Coordinator

Cherri was an Insurance Broker for many years where she acquired strong customer service and organizational skills. She has worked in the real estate industry for the last seven years as an administrative assistant. Her attention to detail and computer efficiency ensure her ability to manage the flow of paperwork, and put procedures in place, helping our clients receive the service they deserve.

When Cherri is not at the office you may find her on the squash court enjoying a friendly game or meeting with friends. Cherri is a longtime resident of Georgetown, where she resides with her husband.

VALERIE KESLICK, B.A. – Broker

Val, a lifetime resident of Georgetown, is a successful Real Estate Broker with 8 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. 
 
Val's background includes her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from York University as well as post graduate courses in Human Resources, followed by the pursuit of her dream career in Real Estate.
 
Val's extensive background in Sales, Marketing, Management and Customer Service over the past 30 years gives her a very well rounded approach to dealing with people. Valerie also brings to the team her wonderful staging talent! She has been successfully staging her clients' homes for 8 years with incredible results.
