Silvana has a long and distinguished career in marketing and sales. She has a wide network of contacts from her in-depth knowledge of the community and its neighborhoods. Silvana uses her cutting-edge marketing skills and love of modern technology to ensure all her clients receive the top-notch service they deserve.
Silvana began her sales and marketing career in the health care industry. She was responsible for the management of high profile multimillion dollar accounts in the pharmaceutical industry, overseeing symposiums from their inception through development and implementation.
Silvana is a member of the Brampton Real Estate Board, Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, Ontario Association of Triathletes, Georgetown Runners and a Certified KOS (Kids Of Steel) Triathlon Community Coach.
KATE BANKS – Sales Representative/Team Administrator

Upon graduating with Honours from Brock University with a BA in Kinesiology, Kate changed her career path and joined Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty. Her passion for Real Estate, hard work ethic and commitment to her clients’ best interests have allowed Kate to achieve outstanding results in her first year with Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty. In her last year prior to joining the SilSells Team, Kate received the Royal LePage Sales Achievement Award for achieving Top 25% Sales in Canada.
Being a life-long resident of Halton Hills and a past municipal employee, Kate’s knowledge of the area and Real Estate experience has been instrumental in providing our clients timely responses to their needs and concerns. Kate recently moved to Milton (small town girl in the big city... well, for her anyways!) and already feels like she can call it her second home.
Kate is an integral part to ensure our clients receive the quality of service they deserve to make buying or selling their homes a smooth and stress free experience. As a Licensed Assistant and Sales Representative, she has the benefit of being able to buy and sell properties for the SilSells Team on top of conducting administrative duties, and can lend a helping hand to all SilSells Team Members when needed.
LEN MACIVOR – Sales Representative
Before starting his career in Real Estate, Len was directly responsible for leading award winning teams. Len achieved this and more through his attention to customer service and his ability to negotiate. Negotiating skills can make or break a deal. When it comes to real estate negotiations, you’ve got some stiff competition out there, especially when you’re sitting across the table from a savvy investor who has his/her eye on getting more than he/her gives. Len has the negotiating skills needed to get you the best deal whether you are buying or selling your home.
Len is a happily married family man, who has lived in Mississauga, Georgetown and the surrounding areas all his life. He and his wife have a family of five beautiful children and one terrific little granddaughter. It has been exciting for them to be involved with their children in the community of Georgetown and to watch it grow.
In the past 25 years, Len has been in 'your shoes' several times by buying or selling a home while adjusting his large family to each move. Len is all too aware of the importance of a 'good' agent.
PETER DROOG – Sales Representative
Peter joined Royal LePage Meadowtowne after a successful 20+ years working in the world of Information Technology. Over the course of his career, Peter has performed as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified), an Executive Relationship Manager, and Account Executive for such companies as CIBC, IBM Global Services, and Hewlett Packard.
Those high-profile companies allowed him to hone his skills through some of the most advanced sales, negotiating, and client-care courses ever developed – all skills that will directly benefit our clients at SilSells. As a real estate professional, Peter believes in personalized service, meticulous research, and clear communication. He will provide you with the most comprehensive real estate service available - guiding you through the sale of your home with ease and helping you find the perfect new home for your family!
Peter lives in Georgetown with his partner Paula, their 4 wonderful children and twin boxador dogs. Peter has lived in Scarborough, Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton, and is very happy to have settled in Halton Hills.
ALEX TARCZY – Sales Representative

Before joining the SilSells Team, Alex spent the last 20 years working as a Research & Development consultant. He specialized in the Manufacturing and Computer Networking sectors. His meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and negotiating skills were extremely valuable during his clients Financial and Technical audits and reviews with Revenue Canada. Alex was instrumental in ensuring his clients received the most money possible to continue expanding their technologies in the rapidly changing and extremely competitive global marketplace.
Alex is happily married for 17 years with 2 very active boys. He is an accomplished athlete who played quarterback for the Junior Alouettes and McGill University. Alex also likes to run, and has completed 15 marathons in the past 10 years across Canada and the US. He even ran 2 full marathons (84.4KM) in Death Valley and Las Vegas in a 24 hour span, and managed to re-new his vows with his wife during one of them.
Alex has also volunteered his time coaching for many years and currently coaches his son’s pee wee football team. He also coached Special Olympics (Floor Hockey) and his team was crowned Canadian Champions. Alex is also a Certified Community Kids Of Steel (KOS) Triathalon Coach.
